It is important that we have copies of several documents in order for us to arrange travel, prepare job contracts, income statements for the IRS and Visa applications.
A list of documents we need:

Foreign Nationals Holding O-1 visas will have 30% withheld from their earnings. Upon filing year-end US tax return the model may be entitled to much of this withholding refunded back to them.

PROOF OF MEDICAL INSURANCE. All models must hold some form of health insurance. (Please let us know if you need guidance on how to acquire it.
